STRONG 20kHz ultrasonic tube sealing units are adopted. For higher performance and stability,there is Swiss-made ultrasonic sealing units for option.

Trimming device is for all suitable tubes for this system. There is no need to exchange cutter for tubes in difference diameters. Flatheaded trimming is standard pattern, for other there trimming pattern is upon request.

Tubes are moved by automatic ascending and descending device. Operators do not have to push tube holders.

  

Type of tubes suitable to be sealed:
  • This machine can seal PE tubes, laminated plastic tubes and laminated aluminum tubes. Maximum length of tubes: 220mm. Maximum diameter of tubes: 50mm.
Features of the machine:
  • Tubes are fed onto the tube holders of linear slider.Press the start button of foot pedal to trigger sealing & trimming process. The sealing, tubetrimming,batch number typing process are automatic operations. End products will be moved backward to home position and ejected by operators.
  • The ultrasonic sealing is to seal the tubes with instant oscillation energy, thus it will not damage or affect the chemical composition of the filling materials. If the sealing area is dirty, oily or glued with the filling materials, the tube sealing can also be made (for hot air sealing, if the tube is oily or glued with filling materials, the tube can not be sealed)
  • Switzerland made ultrasonic sealing units are for option. Both 20kH z and 35kHz ultrasonic oscillation units are suitable for such application.
  • The sealing unit and trimming unit can be 100% compatible for Semiautomatic Rotary system.
  • This simple system is ideal for preliminary stage of developing new products.
  • Twin tube holder for sealing and trimming device is for option. Max. of tube diameter: 25mm.
Basic equipment and requirements:
  • Power Source: 220V x 1Px 50/60Hz.
  • Air Consumption: 5~8 kg/cm2, 250Liter Min, Air Compressor with water filter.
  • Basic equipment: (A) 1 pcs. Of tube holders; (B) 3 set of steel types 0~9; (C) 1 set of ultrasonic sealing tools (horn and fixture), (D) Tube trimming device (flat-headed cutter), (E) toolbox and operation manual.
  • Working environment: (A) In a clean working room, at ambient temperature approx. 20 ℃; (B) Installation of one cooling air pipe to be connected with the inlet of the blower, for the purpose of cooling the temperature of the tubes sealed.
