Features:

This machine use ultrasonic oscillation to melt the workpiece and press with special designed steel roller to perform seaming, lace cutting, shearing, splitting, hole punching, pattern, forming, printing, hot stamping, reinforcement and metal wire welding and setting.

During the processing, no smoke or spark, therfore, the fabric edge will not be damaged and there will be no burrs

The rollers cab be easily replaced. The rollers with different patterns can be optionally designed as requirement.

Pre-heating is not required. Continuous operation can be done.
